Henry Day Ford’s ‘Race for the Cure’ Promotional a Smashing Success

Here at Henry Day Ford, we’re always looking to get involved in Utah’s many diverse communities. For that exact reason, we’ve spent the last seven years teaming up with the Race for the Cure staff to not only promote our impressive Ford inventory, but—more importantly—to raise both funds and awareness for breast cancer research.

Last Wednesday, people from all over West Valley came out spent a few fun-filled hours with KSL Radio and FM 100.3 here at our dealership. While on site, if any one of our visitors were to test drive a Ford vehicle—be it an F150, Focus or anything else of the sort—they were immediately awarded two free event registrations to participate in Salt Lake City’s Race for the Cure event on May ninth. At its original cost, each ticket was valued at $35.

Speaking of the event, said Jeff Hosek, our location’s very own General Manager, “This event is all about giving back to the community. Race for the Cure has been 20-year tradition now and everything that they do is to promote breast cancer research.”

Though specializing in the sale of Ford F150 pickups and anything else trickling down from the “Blue Oval,” we take a great deal of pride in maintaining a close relationship with the good people of Utah.
