Although you may not see the new Ford F150 in the West Valley City, Utah dealership, you still may see it out on the streets. Ford has just revealed the first ever Police Pursuit version of the F150. With its 375 horsepower, turbocharged V6 engine, it was specifically engineered for police use.
The new pickup truck was based off the FX4 off-road but it made in mind for agencies like the U.S. Border Patrol, sheriff’s departments, the Department of Natural Resources and other rural areas.
Ford’s police brand marketing manager Stephen Tyler said, “Ford’s 2018 F150 Police Responder is the perfect all-terrain law enforcement vehicle.”
